Shipping and payment

TRANSPORTATION IN THE TERRITORY OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

The usual delivery time for the delivery of goods that are in stock is within 48 hours from the confirmation of the order. The courier company DPD usually delivers packages on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00. The buyer chooses the method of shipping the goods himself through the order form in the e-shop or with another method of communication.

DPD courier transport €3.90 with VAT, PACKAGE €3.50 with VAT

(€0 with VAT for products marked "free shipping" or for purchases over €100)

within the entire territory of the Slovak Republic
delivery of goods on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m
the goods will be delivered to your destination on the pre-agreed date
will be delivered to the first lockable door of your house or apartment
the carrier does not provide delivery to the floor

Payment of goods on delivery

Payment for the goods is paid directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

How CardPay works: You choose the goods in the online store, fill in all the necessary information about the purchase and the delivery address of the goods in the order form, and choose a payment card when choosing the payment method. You will immediately be redirected to the website, where you will fill in the necessary data - your card number, card validity, security code and, in the case of 3-D Secure, a password. If your card is included in the 3-D Secure program, you will be asked for identification using a password known only to you. The bank will then make the payment in the authorization center. The transaction will be accepted within seconds and the result will be notified to you on the website. You will then be redirected to the e-shop page.
